If you look at the start of the metadata document in question you'll
find an XML attribute on the EntitiesDescriptor called "validUntil".
That will have an ISO 8601 timestamp that's already in the past.

So it means what it says: The metadata you're loading is expired and
therefore MUST NOT be used by a conformant implementation.

Obviously expired metadata will break all entities relying on that
metadata so you'll have to investigate (or task the GÉANT FaaS team
with this) how this could happen.
