A question: looking at your metadata 
(https://registry.eduid.ng/rr3/signedmetadata/federation/eduid_ng/metadata.xml) 
there are 5 entities within the same domain eduid.ng domain that 
apparently are using the same signing/encryption certificate. Is this ok ?
