Hi,

 

It seams that you’ve processes in place but that is not reflected any place on your web page. Normally persons handling security incidents doesn’t look for a support mail address but a security incident response mail address. The easy solution for this is to add information under the header for support contact point to what type of contacts that this support address should used for, for example administrative, technical and security contacts. It should also be nice if that security contact point is able to act correctly on the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP, https://www.us-cert.gov/tlp) for security incidents.

I’m sorry support contact is not what I meant. I asked about a process for complaints and incidents. That means a process description.

We already using ITIL (Incident Management/Request Fulfillment ) and all requests and incidents to helpdesk AT maeen.sa are processed by our Ticket System, all processes are internal, and usually we sent members during registration email regarding the SLA, processes and escalation matrix.
