Peter,

thanks for picking up on this. The grid was created as part of the planning for this event - and was to block time for room bookings.

Hopefully people will be turning up at 9:00. I'll see you there! ...and I've adjusted the dinner start time to 19:00

I think we'll reach consensus on this and much more tomorrow. Hopefully.

The TERENA page https://eventr.terena.org/events/2078 is still
undecided ("A hosted dinner will take place - venue to be
announced.") and https://refeds.org/meetings/nov14/ doesn't mention
dinner at all. So again it's a draw.

While it's great that we have so many web pages and people organizing
things, it would also be great if we could at least agree on when to
start. It might be the only thing we'll manage to agree on, after all!
