Hello,

I modified the way the validator handles signing certificates of entities.
Now it deals correctly with certificates used for key rollover. If more
than one signing certificate is found and one of them is  expired an
appropriate message is given. If two signing certificates are found and
one of them is close to expire (less than 31 days), then no message is
given.
After a problem with the AAF feed now the validator correctly processes
metadata when an entitydescriptor has no signing certificate.
