Which operating system are you installing this on? Are you the geteduroam app, or the installer from the cat.eduroam.org site?

I am a student of Queen Mary University of London. I am trying to connect to eduroam on a work device that my employer issues and monitors. My manager has downloaded the cat installer on his device first and then locally downloaded it on my device.

When installing eduroam, I got a pop-up: could not install certificate cert-0.crt, I'm assuming this is what is disallowing me to connect to eduroam? Is there a way that I can get this certificate so I can manually download it on my device?
