Good afternoon,

I am trying to set up my eduroam connection with my TU Darmstadt profile, but it isn't working. I follow the procedure until the end, my user mail and password are correct. I have also tried changing the password and even creating a different user mail, but it hasn't worked. It works until the end, but then it says that it is linked to eduroam but without internet connection (I have friends with me who says their eduroam is working correctly). For context, I have not connected to eduroam with this device before and I have not connected with the user from this uni in other devices.

I would like to know what I can do to solve this problem.
