​I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing on the geteduroam platform.

​I am currently working as a System Administrator at Yaşar University. Although I can successfully log in to the system as an administrator with the username mumin.olmez via https://cat.eduroam.org/admin, I am unable to view my previously created profile.

​Could you please look into this matter and assist me in restoring access to my profile?
