Hi Albert,

Apparently there’s not a lot of people with Neo’s on the list that have experience.

One thought that came to mind, a problem that we did see before, is that there is some sticky profile on the machine. If you install eduroam first with a username/password, and configure a certificate or mobileconfig afterwards, the old credentials interfere.

So I would advise to double check all profiles are removed before installing the certificate, to be sure.

We don’t see any reason the Neo wouldn’t work on eduroam,

Hello there!

 

We have a user with MacBook Neo macOS Tahoe (26.4.1) and installed certificate. He cannot access EduRoam on that specific device on our campus.

 

We have no issues with older device and/or OS.

 

Please advice.
