  you should contact the Nepal Research and Education Network - the federation admins responsible for eduroam in Nepal, they should be able to provide you with a link to prepare the configuration in CAT.

Kathmandu University has been a part of eduroam. Many users are facing issues in connecting to eduroam with manual configuration. I came to know about CAT tool for while searching for it, my organisation is not listed in cat.eduroam.org. How do I request one.
