Please contact your organisation in the first instance. They should be able 
to check that you are correctly configuring your devices. Have you tried the 
geteduroam app as well?

I have been having issues connecting to the eduroam wifi from my personal 
phone or laptop. ( Apple devices ). I have downloaded the configuration 
files, but they are not working.
