Dear eduroam CAT Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with a persistent issue I have been 
experiencing with eduroam on my Mac. I belong to the Universidade de Santiago 
de Compostela, in Spain.

Although my Mac successfully connects to the eduroam network, no web pages 
load and I have no actual internet access. The same eduroam credentials work 
correctly on my Android device, so the issue appears to be specific to macOS.

This problem has been occurring since at least 2023. I have tried various 
troubleshooting steps, including disabling the “Private Wi-Fi Address” 
feature on macOS. However, when I turn this feature off, my Mac is no longer 
able to connect to eduroam at all and displays a connection error.

I’ve seen this is an ongoing issue with many Mac users on several forums. 
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue, or let me know if 
there are any configuration steps or known macOS-specific problems that may 
help?
