Hi, I've been trying to get eduroam working on my device for the past weeks of the semester and every time I download everything and log in as shown in the help video on the website, it looks like it's working properly until I attempt to connect in my device's settings where it either continues to say connecting infinitely and doesn't actually connect, or it just says that it cannot connect to this network, I've tried reinstalling the installer and forgetting the network but nothing seems to work. I am just looking for some help on this issue as I've had to use my mobile hotspot in my lectures.
Kind regards,
