Hi,

   when you click the button, or later this link, the installer is automatically downloaded to your device. Sometimes the browser does not show this well enough. Please check your default downloads directory. The files (probably in several copies) might be already there.

I just tried this in your language and for your institution and both Windows and Apple installers got downloaded fine.
