Sayın Yetkili,

Bandırma Onyedi Eylül Üniversitesi öğrencisi olarak, Eduroam ağına daha önce başarılı bir şekilde bağlanabiliyordum. Ancak son zamanlarda, üniversitem tarafından sağlanan e-posta adresim ve şifrem ile bağlantı kurmaya çalıştığımda "ağa bağlanılamıyor" şeklinde bir hata almaktayım.

Şifremi sıfırlamama ve yeni bir şifre ile denememe rağmen sorun devam etmektedir. Ayrıca farklı bağlantı yöntemleri ve uygulamalar denemiş olmama rağmen herhangi bir sonuç alamadım.

Bu konuda tarafıma yardımcı olmanızı ve gerekli yönlendirmeleri sağlamanızı rica ediyorum.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a student of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, I was previously able to connect to the Eduroam network without any issues. However, recently I have been encountering an error message stating that the network cannot be joined when attempting to connect using my university-provided email and password.

Despite resetting and changing my password, the problem persists. I have also tried various methods and applications to resolve the issue, but without success.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and providing the necessary guidance.
