Hello,
We are currently facing an issue with a user from the ac-guyane.fr domain who is unable to connect to eduroam using an iPad Pro running iOS 18.3.2.
The installation was tested using both the eduroam CAT and getEduroam applications, but without success.
Based on our observations, it appears that a key element is missing in the configuration interface: the "Vérifier par" field, which should appear below "Signé par" during certificate verification. This field was present in previous iOS versions (notably iOS 17.X), and its absence might be causing the issue.
Are you aware of any compatibility issues or changes in certificate handling
for Eduroam on iOS 18.3.2?
Is there a specific
procedure or an updated
configuration profile recommended for this version of
iOS?
A screenshot is attached to illustrate the issue.
