If you changed your Shibboleth software recently, that probably changed your ePTID… Get in touch with Internet2, who can reinvite you to re-link your account.

Subject: [[cat-users]] Cat tool admin access removed

 

Good afternoon,  Not sure if a version update removed admin access for myself and others in my org.  How can we go about getting this access back?  I was the admin that could appoint other administrators, but now it doesn't seem anyone has any level of access.
