this mailing list is only concerned with the eduroam CAT onboarding and configuration tool.

NRO privileges are granted from the Global eduroam Governance Committee. There is no particular public-facing internet page for that AFAICT, but you should direct your inquiry at the first-level helpdesk who will patch you through: helpdesk AT eduroam.org
