I'm not familiar with Nothing Phone, but it looks like this uses Android 14 or 15; did you try to download the geteduroam App, as suggested on the eduroam CAT download pages?

It could also (very well) be your institution is not listed in eduroam CAT; if you are the institution administrator, you could contact Kennisnet about this. As and end-user, best consult your own servicedesk,
