Hi,

  you would need to be more specific about that. The link you provide goes to the eduroam CAT installer download page. I assume you are interested in installer for Android. In this case the download button first shows you the information window with download links for geteduroam.

Can you point out which part is not working for you?

        computer operating systems. When we click the link nothing seems
        to download. Just thought I would make you aware of this issue
        so that it can be fixed, or if you can provide an updated link
