Hello, I am a student form the university of manchester and I am inquiring issues with connecting to eduroam using my university account.

I downloaded the application and entered my username and password, and the systems states that the system should work, but it do not work.

It will be really helpful if you can check what is wrong and inform me with the steps I can take to take care of the problem.
