Dear Sir, Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I would like to request your assistance. I would like to connect my PlayStation 5 Console to the Eduroam Router. It is impossible for the Console to enter my username and password because it only requests password, that's the only option I have. I was wondering if there is another method like adding the Ps5 MAC address to work by cable and WiFi. I would be glad with your assistance in this matter. Thank you for your time.
