I have a problem with my eduroam internet where i cant access ethernet but only wifi, i have tried different cables and different devices but i cant seem to get a connection via ethernet.

Heard it helps to reboot the internet but i cant do that since i live in kollektiv at studentsamskipsnaden tromsø at olastien 14 room h0310

is there any possible way for u to help me fast cuz i have exams
