Hello,
you have reached out to an English-speaking mailing list. This list is specifically for users of the eduroam onboarding tool "eduroam CAT" and is often also consulted for the app collection "geteduroam".
Nothing in your message indicates that you have been using those tools, nor that there is a specific problem with this tool.
This mailing list is thus the wrong place to ask this question. You would usually contact first the eduroam hotspot operator where you have a problem (which you apparently did; good); and if it is not a hotspot-specific problem then the hotspot operator should refer you to your home organisation (i.e. those who gave you the username and password via which you connect to eduroam).
Apparently, this was not done. Please contact your home
organisation to resolve issues with your account. We have no
information about how your home organisation has set up eduroam,
what the status of your eduroam account is, and unless there is a
tooling issue with our onboarding tools, we cannot help you here.
If you have been using eduroam CAT or geteduroam, please do get back to this list, but then please with specific error messages you may have encountered during installation.
Greetings,
Stefan Winter
