As I already confirmed privately with Tomasz, the updated CAT installer he sent me does work perfectly. I am now connected. :)

As to geteduroam, I didn't know there was an ARM version of the installer! I actually specifically searched for it on the website when I tried using it, but didn't find it. It would be great to offer it as a download without having to visit the Github.

        You can find geteduroam_arm.exe on the github releases page
        however:
