You can run the installer with the /s option which uses the silent mode. The users will not be asked for the username and password, this will happen during the first connection - Windows will prompt them for that and save it. Does this help?

Is there a way to run the Windows .exe config file from cat.eduroam.org in a script, and using what parameters?
