Hi Bryant,

eduroam - U.S. is providing a tool: eduroam Federation Manager [1]
to update information about org. adminsitrators, realms, RADIUS
servers and hotspots. I suppose this tool can be used to feed
the eduroan DB with information and to aid org. administrators
getting admin. access to the eduroam CAT. You can find more
information about the tool [2] on Internet2 wiki [3].

UETN (Utah Education Telehealth Network) is the Internet2 member
in R&E Network Category [4]. Ogden-Weber Technical College
seems to participate in Internet2 activities via UETN [5].
Your likely first line of contact to aid you getting acccess
