I am very sorry to disturb you.

This is WANGYUANYUAN, a researcher in the Earth and planetary department.

Today I want to apply for the eduroam WiFi and the website remains me to download app, after that, I can’t connect with the eduroam wifi, even the 0000 Tokyo doesn’t work anymore.

I don’t know what happened, could you please help me?
