Hi,

  if your institution is in CAT then it must have been added by a local administrator. If this person is no longer available, then you must contact your country administrator https://www.eduroam.fr/ and they can provide an invitation ticket for the new admin.

En effet, le site https://rubis.ac-reims.fr n'est plus lié à notre outils de ticketing.
