Additionally to Stefan Winter’s advice, please see Point 15 here (since you are using an Honor 9X):

However, the version of geteduroam on the Huawei App Gallery (if you have App Gallery on your phone instead of Google Play) should be still v1.0.x, which should have no problem on the Honor 90.

I want to put eduroam on my phone but when i download the files (its the right one im sure because it works on my pc) i can't open it (i have a Honor 9X pro withoit Google services, thats why i think)

Can u help me?
