Cat-Users is an English-speaking list, but from what I understand you are unable to connect to eduroam at Politecnico di Milano. Is this on a mobile phone? If so, what kind of phone is it (Apple? Android? If Android, what version of Android?), and which app are you using? If it is a laptop, the same questions apply.

You should contact your university helpdesk with this issue so that they can help you in the first instance.
