Dear Eduroam
I am having a terrible time accessing the Eduraom network.
I am an Open University SCONUL student who visited multiple university libraries over the past few years. For some reason I have been unable to access the internet consistently. The OU tech support has stated they cannot help me anymore to find what is causing the issue which is really frustrating. We have carried out the usual troubleshooting like forget network, change to a basic password but nothing works on either my phone or my laptop. I get logged in no problem but then when I select safari, google chrome, firefox browsers nothing loads. My devices operate fine with all other wifi networks such a home or clouds.
Do you have any idea what the issue is please?
