That screen is displayed by the 'eduroam CAT' app. Which version of Android is your S21 running? If it is a recent version (like Android 10-13), you should not be using 'eduroam CAT', but rather the 'geteduroam' app. The 'eduroam CAT' app is only for Android versions 4 to 7.

Good afternoon,

I've been using this app on my Galaxy S21 for a long time, and until today, I've never had any problems connecting.

Today, however, I encountered this error (see attached) despite my screen being fully protected. How can I fix this issue?
