Hi Mike,
That sounds like the CAT profile is configured to set up an EAP-TLS certificate for authentication? Was that second screen this one perhaps?
If this was the screen, it should be fine… The phone should, when you go to the Settings app, show as being connected to 'eduroam'.
I just tested with an iOS 16.4 device and everything worked as expected.

I was helping one of our Saint Paul College employees connect to Eduroam using the latest Cat client. We installed it from the Apple app store. We chose Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. She got prompted to type in her starid AT minnnstate.edu and pw. The screen went blank and looked like it was logging in but a screen would come up saying the account was configured with a blue link to “Start Over”. She would log in a 2nd time and then we would open Safari and she was able to browse the web but the login didn’t seem like it was logging in correctly? Is there an issue with CAT using iOS 16.4?
