Hello Shizuka,
You should ask your eduroam administrators at the National Institute of
Genetics to contact the eduroam NRO (the National Institute of Informatics).
The Japanese NRO will be able to set the NIG up on CAT, and once the NIG has
a profile, they can let you know so you can use the geteduroam app to set up
your Android 11 phone.
With kind regards

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Shizuka Koshimizu, an assistant professor of National
Institute of Genetics in Japan.

I would like to set up eduroam on Android 11, but it is not working.
So I was going to use eduroamCAT, but our organization does not seem to
be on the list.
I would appreciate it if you could add it.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely yours,
Shizuka Koshimizu
