Hi cat-users admin,

As the title above referred to, I can't access your website to download cat installers starting from january 2003. Ping, tracert and telnet to port 443 also no issue, but can't access your website via any browser (too slow, please refer to the attachments), when clicking to download cat installer keep moving and moving the star never ending.

Referred to my ISP (last 2 weeks report but no response) awaiting reply from TIEN provider.

Hope cat-users admin can do something.
