I looks like you managed to delete your previous institution instead of modifying it.

Can you check it you can access your old profile at cat-test.eduroam.org? If yes than you can see the settings and just repeat them in the nie instance you are creating now.

However your first point of contact should be your home eduroam federation - see https://incommon.org/eduroam/
