thanks for reaching out.

eduroam is organised in National Roaming Operator (NRO) zones. The NRO for the U.S.A. is Internet2, who have the authoritative information about participants in the U.S.

It seems that CUNY Graduate is only just now beginning to serve eduroam: their listing with Internet2 at https://incommon.org/community-organization/?id=00150000016SopDAAS states:

Date Active:	10/10/2022

So, you've likely seen an artifact of a future upcoming service before folks were ready to cut the ribbon. Maybe waiting a few more days will be the answer. But of course CUNY IT staff and Internet2 know more about this, so if you have further questions, it's best to take this up with your local IT support.

I see eduroam as one of the available wifi connections in my institution (CUNY, the Graduate Center) but it is not listed in your website as one of the linked institutions. Please advise how this can be remedied.
