and I have tried to install the eduroam help program from OTH Regensburg.

But I got a problem message after install (Problem with the user account)

I had now windows 11.

from my smartphone can i join the network.

My High School could not too.
They suggested that I format my Laptop.
I have reinstalled the windows and reinstalled the certificate.

Do you have blocked my account or my Laptop-Wlan-Card-MAC
My highschool account is (atm41834@hs-regensburg)
I study in Germany at OTH Regensburg.
