This issue has been resolved in the past.

But unfortunately, GEANTLink does not work in the Cat installer again.

Dear All,
I read that others are having problem with Windows 10 installer, that
the GÉANTLink msi files are missing from the CAT installer since the
update.
Can you tell me the reason for this?
