The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

today, I don't access to the CAT admin interface. Not listed my organization. After install app EduroamCAT not conected the wi-fi eduroam.

Me neither. Because this is an eduGAIN problem. Your IdP does not arrive at eduGAIN metadata aggregators. Why and how that is the case, we (CAT admins) don't know, and can't do anything about. At least, I'm glad to read that you did get access to the CAT admin interface in the end.

Our users are having difficulty accessing eduroam through eduromCAT.

If that is the problem, then it has nothing to do with your eduGAIN memership. What is the real problem your users are having with eduroam CAT then?

I just searched for "Amazonas" in the Brazilian "CAFé" federation's eduGAIN export ( https://technical.edugain.org/entities ) . All I find is an "IFAM - Instituto Federal do Amazonas".

I also find plenty of "Universidade Federal do *" but not specifically Amazonas.

So... you don't find your university because they are apparently not participating in eduGAIN.

Maybe this is due to an eduGAIN-side error, or you don't like that, and/or want to change that, but then the place to do that is not on this mailing list. You may want to talk to CAFé administrators.

From a CAT perspective all I can say is that: until Universidade Federal do Amazonas becomes an eduGAIN member, you can still log into CAT - via the social providers in the "Social" tab.

You only need to log into the CAT admin area if you are an institution administrator wanting to view or change CAT settings pertaining to your organisation.

If you are an end user, do not click on the Manage -> Admin link. Use the big blue "Download ..." button.

If you are indeed an administrator: we list all the institutions which are currently exposed to eduGAIN listing. If your institution is not participating in eduGAIN, you can still log into CAT using other means - please check the "Social" tab for popular social network login options.
