Dear Developer,

I have ran into a problem, when I was trying to download the CAT installer for my institution. But it seems, the same problem appears, no matter which institution I choose from the webpage, that is why I decided to describe my issue here.

A page appears, where I need to select my OS/system, and none of the clickable items do anything. I have tried with latest Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge too, but none of them helped. I also tried on another computer, but it was the same from all possible browsers. The OS I am using on both of these computers is Windows 8.1.
