Sorry for this late reply.
We have just tested again a connection to Eduroam on ChromeOS. The change you 
made to CAT worked well. The ['Inner'] => 'PAP' parameter is well integrated. 
As a result, the connection to Eduroam is successful.

thanks for confirming this. I've pushed a last-minute change to the 
Chromebook module to include PAP explicitly in that case. This will be 
in the imminent CAT-2.1.0 release then.
