Dear Sirs.
My name is Gregorio Torres, I am writing to you from the University of Jaén, in Spain.
The reason is that we have detected that, as of the last update of the CAT installer, errors appear when it is applied on the Windows 11 operating system. The process ends with an error and does not generate the profile correctly.
If we use the old version, it works, but if we use the new one, it works on Windows 10, but not on Windows 11.
Attached I send you some images where you can see the error.
Can you tell us what problem exists and if it is due to our configuration? I tell you in advance that, since March 2022, where the certificate change was made, we have not made any changes to the configuration.
We await an answer and thank you in advance for your attention.
