Hello,

this mailling list is not a generic eduroam support list, but one dedicated to the usage of the eduroam CAT onboarding toolset.

You indicate that there are no errors during the installation process, which, unfortunately, *does* point to a username/password problem in your institution.

I read on Uppsala's support pages:

"During the installation, enter your university ID followed by "@user.uu.se" and your password B."

Did you follow this exactly, i.e. choose "josc2211 AT user.uu.se" as the username? And are you aware that there are multiple passwords in your institution, and you need to use the "B" one?

I've been trying to get your service to work for a couple of years now, but it has become urgent as of this semester since i study IT and also work part time as a teaching assistant at Uppsala University, and as UU no longer offer reliable guest wifi, i just have to get Eduroam to work and quick.

I have basically the same problem with my computer and my phone - I reset all connections to the Eduroam network, "forget" the network configurations on both windows (10) and Android. I then try installing Eduroam W10 for uppsala university, try the installation seems to run fine, i pass it my login and password (correct one, double & tripple checked), everything seems to go well, but i'm just not allowed to connect to the Eduroam network.

Same goes on my phone - installations seems good, everything lights up green and installation is completed. But when i try to access the network, it will not establish connection. Since i get no error messages at all, i'm sort of at a loss as to where to begin...

Do you have any advice? I really gotta get this working now, or i'm gonna have a huge problem.
