you are inquiring about your uplink connection to a National Roaming Operator (NRO). You should direct your question to the NRO of the U.S.A., Internet2, via your usual channels.

I’m trying to confirm that I have the proper Eduroam RADIUS servers set up in my Cisco ISE cube.  

The ones I have are 

TLRS1 - 163.253.31.2
TLRS2 - 163.253.30.2

I can confirm shared secret if need be.  With COVID we haven’t really paid attention to this setup and I want to make sure it’s working.  I tested on the portal and our side seems to be good.  But when a user from another campus is on site we get a message that there were no other servers to test with so I’m thinking they may have changed.
