If you are talking about Windows then this is the standard NSIS installer and has the standard /S flag. Check if this is suitable for your purposes.

Obviously the user will not be asked for credentials, however they may be alerted about installing of a new root certificate. Certificates will not be installed it they already exist in the system, the profile will just refer to an existing one. Therefore in your installation you could first force the certificate into the machine and then run the silent CAT installer.

The user will be asked for credentials (by the Windows prompt) during the first connection to eduroam.
