Hi,

   my guess is that you have removed the data from the institution level, but you still have it at the profile level (actually checked in the database that this is so). You need to edit the profile and if you want the same info as you have on the Institution level it is best if you just remove all support entries form the profile.

On 7^th June I edited the Helpdesk Details for all users to remove the email and telephone number. On the installers there is a note stating that this entry was last updated on this date but those details are still showing.
