this is an English speaking list. But I understand that you are trying to 
connect
a ChromeBook to eduraom at Padova University. While other devices work well,
your ChromeBook won't connect.

you mean ONC? (short for Open Network Configuration)
The import routine for the ONC file is flawed on many Chromebooks.
It does not help that you never get any feedback.
You may resort to manual configuration, though.
