Browser issue - I had tried Chrome's incognito mode but it was still blocking social logins. Even though ad blocker was disabled, social logins were still blocked.

It does work for me. Are you unable to log in, or can you log in (and
see your "Unique Identifier" under "Your Personal Information") but not
manage your organization?
